1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • All components are included — product, packaging, accessories, and instruction manual (if any).

  • Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging (cardboard box and protective materials).

If you purchased multiple products at a bundle or discounted rate, you may choose to return the entire order or the additional products, but not the main product alone from a promotional set.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or missing original packaging or components.

  • Products purchased under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” categories.

  • Any product returned beyond the 30-day period after delivery.


3. Multi-Unit & Promotional Offers

For bundle promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 2, or similar multi-unit offers:

  • All items received as part of the promotion must be returned together.

  • Partial returns from promotional offers are not eligible for a refund.
    Refunds will only be issued once all items from the offer are received back in their original, unused condition.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed instructions, including the return address and next steps.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately upon delivery.
We will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
Please attach a photo or short video showing the issue to help us process your request faster.


6. Product Design & Variations

Our commitment to continuous product improvement means that minor differences may exist between your product and the images shown online. These variations do not affect product performance or quality and are not considered defects.
