We strive to process and ship all orders as fast as possible once payment has been confirmed.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours (1–3 days).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Delivery Times

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal service performance.

3. Shipping Costs

There are no hidden fees or additional charges on delivery.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.

Tracking Updates:

  • You will typically receive your tracking number within 1–3 business days after your order is shipped.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your tracking number.

5. Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at:

Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.


6. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@viva-ease.com.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — however, you can still initiate a return once you receive it (see our Return & Refund Policy).


7. Unexpected Delays

While 99% of our orders arrive on time, external factors beyond our control — such as customs processing, carrier delays, strikes, severe weather, or holiday backlogs — may occasionally affect delivery times.

In rare cases, international deliveries can take up to 60–75 days.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will work directly with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, VivaEase™ is not responsible for stolen or misplaced items.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact your local courier or postal office immediately, then reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help locate it.
